Our Payroll maquila services include the following:

  • Preparation of payroll to ensure its review and correct and timely payment to employees.
  • Preparation, review and supervision of the biweekly or monthly payroll, special, confidential, settlements for compensation and settlements for voluntary resignation, taking into consideration the incidents that affect the payroll confirmed in writing by the Administration of the companies, such as: overtime, absences, disabilities, salary increases, commissions, fortnight advances, loans, etc.
  • Issuance of electronic payroll receipts to be sent to employees and the SAT.
  • Printing and sending of electronic payroll receipts once it has been approved.
  • Preparation and management of the IMSS Single Self-Determination System (SUA) program, sending the reports and the file for payment each month, as well as preparing notices to the IMSS of Registrations, Cancellations and salary modifications when required.
  • Correct and timely determination and payment of the local payroll tax.
  • Printing and delivery of payroll receipts electronically to each worker and to the SAT.
  • Maintain control of employee vacation days in accordance with the policies established by the company, including the payment of the respective vacation premium.
  • Preparation of the annual declaration of Self-Determination of the Risk Degree Premium for its delivery to the IMSS in case of variation with the immediately previous exercise.
  • Preventive labor advice to avoid incurring in labor risks, for the resolution of the different labor problems that arise in practice (regarding the hiring of collaborators, termination and rescission of labor relations, working conditions and labor demands).
