Management Consulting, where appropriate, will request personal information from Users in order to provide them with a better service.

Under no circumstances does it collect or obtain from Users information that has not been provided by them either as a response to a communication or contact mechanism used by Management Consulting, or through the registration or provision of the services offered on its Portal.

 

The type of information that is requested from Users, including but not limited to their name, email address, telephone number, among others, however, not all the information requested is mandatory, except that which Management Consulting considers important, which will be made known to Users at the time of registration. Therefore, Users must freely and voluntarily determine if they wish to provide the personal data that is required.

When Users visit the Portal, no statistical information will be obtained in this regard about the visits of Users; however, such information does not individually identify the User and is not available to them, so it is not used by Management Consulting.

 

All the information and Personal Data that are collected on the occasion of the visit of the Users to the Portal, once they send us an email will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes described in these policies and will not be shared with any person or company outside Management Consulting for purposes other than those indicated herein.

In the event that by request or mandate of the competent authority Management Consulting is requested to disclose or deliver information of its Users to: a) comply with legal processes; b) comply with the User Agreement, c) respond to claims involving any content that harms third parties, or d) protect the rights, property or safety of Users and the general public, Management Consulting undertakes to deliver only the information that has been required, and, in case the authority has not delimited the requested information,  seeks to be delimited in order to affect as little as possible what is related to the disclosure of the Personal Data of the Users.

Notwithstanding the foregoing and with the sole purpose of preventing the performance of conduct that could constitute a crime of those provided for by current criminal legislation, Management Consulting may share with third parties the information it deems necessary, only for the purposes set forth above.

The Personal Data will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding automated file of personal data of which Management Consulting will be the owner and responsible, hereinafter the "File". Management Consulting provides Users with the appropriate technical resources so that, in advance, they can access this notice on the Privacy Policy or any other relevant information and can give their consent in order for Management Consulting to proceed with the automated processing of their Personal Data. Except in the fields where otherwise indicated, the answers to the questions about Personal Data are voluntary, without the lack of answer implying a decrease in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services, unless otherwise indicated.

The User guarantees that the Personal Data provided to Management Consulting are true and is responsible for communicating to it any modification in them.

The collection and automated processing of Personal Data is intended to maintain the contractual relationship, if any, established with Management Consulting, the management, administration, provision, expansion and improvement of the services in which the User decides to incorporate or register or use the adequacy of said services to the preferences and tastes of the Users,  the study of the use of the services by the Users, the design of new services related to said services, the sending of updates of the services, the sending, by traditional and electronic means, of technical, operational information, about the professional services offered by Management Consulting and by third parties currently and in the future. The purpose of the collection and automated processing of Personal Data also includes the processing of payments in the case of payment of fees to the services provided by Management Consulting.

Management Consulting warns its users that some of the Portal Services such as publications or notices are open spaces so that all information that Users review through said Services may be used or viewed by third parties, without providing any information of any user in our portal respecting their privacy.

Management Consulting uses quality technology to safeguard Personal Data, adopts the security levels of protection of Personal Data legally required and seeks to install those other means and additional technical measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the Personal Data provided to Management Consulting.

Management Consulting will have the right to modify this policy at any time to adapt it according to industrial or commercial law or practices in which case, Management Consulting will announce in this same medium such changes in advance.

As for the Users of the Portal, they will have the right of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the information obtained from them by Management Consulting through an email by entering our portal www.managementconsulting.com.mx or through an email to the following address contacto@managementconsulting.com.mx in attention to contact.

Management Consulting does not make use of Cookies and IP addresses when the User navigates the Portal, these cookies are associated with an anonymous user and his computer, so they do not provide references that allow to deduce the name and surname of the user. Management Consulting cookies cannot read data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other providers.
